• Email addresses, only when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Reservation details (name, party size, date) when you book through Quandoo.
• Anonymous traffic data via Google Analytics, only after you accept cookies.

Third-party processors we share data with:

• Mailchimp — for newsletter delivery.
• Quandoo — for reservations.
• Google Analytics — for anonymised usage stats.
• Vercel — our hosting provider.
• Strapi — our headless CMS provider.
